What It Is
The Career Readiness Insights Module transforms one-off feedback into structured growth metrics. Each time a student completes a scan—from Resume Quality to Interview Readiness—they receive a percentage-based score aligned to rubric criteria.
Students and staff can track performance across 13 tools, while reviewers gain a consistent lens to support equitable coaching. This module replaces vague progress indicators with a data-informed view of career readiness—visible in real time.

Where It Lives
The Insights Module is embedded into the SkillsFirst platform. Students see their scores in dashboard stat cards and individual scan reports. Career staff can view score history and trends in the member dashboard and Review Center.
No separate login or tracking system is required. Insights appear automatically, helping your team identify gaps, tailor support, and surface patterns by cohort, campus, or population. Each document retains a full score history, allowing staff and students to track how a resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, or interview response improves over time.

How It Works
Each time a student completes one of 13 AI-powered scans, a structured score is generated—complete with rubric-based feedback and to-do’s. Scores appear instantly and update as the student revises their materials or takes new actions.

In addition to individual scores, staff can view a Composite Career Readiness Score (CRI)—an average of a student’s top scores across available tools (minimum of three valid scores required). Students focus on improving their individual scores, which are visible on their dashboards.
It’s the first in a new generation of SkillsFirst agents built to support emerging career competencies and empower learners at scale.Each score is backed by transparent criteria and structured feedback to support action. Results update dynamically and appear instantly within the student dashboard.
