The Career Readiness Insights Module gives your team a real-time, data-driven view of member progress across 13 structured AI-powered tools—including resumes, cover letters, interviews, pitches, and LinkedIn profiles. These insights help you benchmark growth, identify skill gaps, surface at-risk students earlier, and deliver targeted support at scale. It also includes the NACE Competencies Score, which evaluates how well a resume reflects eight essential career readiness competencies such as leadership, communication, and professionalism.
